To keep our staff safe we are sending products out twice a week so please allow a little more time than usual. Please rest assured that we take all necessary security and hygiene measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders.
Our Christmas returns policy is still in place – all orders placed between October 12th and December 24th can be returned to us for a refund up until January 31st (our usual restrictions apply – visit our Returns page for more details).

Can I still place an order online and have it delivered?
Our website is still running for all orders. We are following the advice of the government and World Health Organisations – our warehouse is operating with strict social distancing rules and our UK deliveries are handled by reputable couriers who are carrying out contactless deliveries. You should receive delivery staus updates via e mail or text. Please be aware that we are sending products out twice a week so delivery may take a little longer than usual.
What is your method of delivery and will my order need to be signed for?
SageBrown uses a number of carefully selected carriers. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, most SageBrown deliveries require a signature upon receipt. For further assistance, please contact Customer Services.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive as deliveries are being sent two times a week.
Are you offering embossing during lockdown?
Yes we are although the lead times are slighlty longer than usual.
How do I return a product from my online order?
We appreciate that lots of customers are self-isolating or staying home so please do not worry about returning your order. We have extended our returns period until the 31st January as per our usual Christmas Returns policy. If you want to return a small item by post, please use the address below and include the order number and details of an exchange or refund. If you are returning larger items like bags or briefcases, please e mail us and we will instruct you accordingly.

When will my refund be processed?
Refunds may take a little longer than normal, but if you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days from postage, please do get in touch with our Customer Care Team via email.
